We’ve all heard the phrase “Think Positive”, right?
But most of the time, it’s really not that easy to think positively.

For me, it’s mostly because of the inputs that we feed our minds every day.
Your Inputs Determine Your Results
These inputs are part of our every day lives. Mass media like newspapers, television programs especially news, negative friends, negative family members and even in social media (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
If you try to reflect on it, how much of these media channels produce bad and horrible news? 50%? 75%? 90%? Negative and Fear-inducing news sell, that’s reality!
But the good news is, you can control these inputs!
You can choose not to hear, read and watch bad news. You can replace it with reading inspiring articles on the internet, watching inspiring videos on YouTube, listening to awesome speakers via audio books and you can choose to associate with friends who are there to support your dreams and aspirations no matter what!
