Ways On How You Can Help Typhoon Yolanda Victims NOW

I came across this very helpful post from sulit.com.ph and I’d like to help spread the message by posting it here in my website:

Sulitizens, here is a list of locations and hotline numbers you can call should you want to extend your help in the ongoing Yolanda Relief Operations.

For cash donations, we advise the donors to always ask for acknowledgment receipts from the organizations you intend to partner with.

For in-kind donations, you may choose from the following:

  1. Mineral water, bread, biscuits/crackers, and canned goods that are easy-to-open and ready-to-eat are suggested. Packed noodles are not recommended because they require boiling water which is scarce in these affected areas.
  2. Toiletries, clothes, medicine for fever and diarrhea, slippers, clean underwear, mats, and blankets
  3. Candles and matches
