In my opinion, here in the Philippines, it is way better to work from home than to work in an office.
Why?
Because one of the biggest problems, especially in the Metro, is the unforgiving traffic.
A lot of time is wasted just by making your way from your home to your office. Imagine all the lost time for productivity if, let’s say, it takes you more than an hour to reach the office.
Plus, the worsening pollution kills you slowly each time you inhale those toxic fumes that cars and buses spew.
That’s why I think we should consider moving our office right in our homes by being a work at home virtual assistant or a home-based freelancer.
